Thiago Arnaud participates in U.S. Military Academy Radiological Search and Response Exercise

OSN Group Undergraduate Research Assistant Thiago Arnaud was participated in a comprehensive radiological search and response exercise hosted by at the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) where he go the opportunity to be a part of simulated U.S. Military units responding to suspected radiological hazards and using advanced detector and robotic technology to assist in the search and response exercise.

Thiago was even able to fly around the Military Academy in a helicopter and use radiation detectors to try and locate radiological sources that were hidden in the forrests around the academy.
