OSN Graduate Student and DoD SMART Fellow Justin Borrero was awarded the Cyber and Emerging Technologies (CET) Division 1st place J.D. Williams Student Paper Award for his paper “Elucidation of Laser-Particle Interaction through Optical Trapping of Single, Micron-Sized Particles for Nuclear Forensics and Nonproliferation” presented at the 2024 Annual INMM Meeting in Portland, OR.
